This Notice explains how Accelintel collects, uses, and safeguards U.S.-resident personal information when you use ProviderPrep. Although we restrict access to the United States, we align with key principles of the GDPR and CCPA.

Because model improvement is integral to ProviderPrep, you cannot opt out of your data being used to train models.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with:

• Cloud hosting, payment, and analytics vendors under contract;
• Law-enforcement or regulators when legally required;
• Successors in a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined under the CCPA.

6. Data Retention

We retain all categories of information indefinitely unless deletion is required by law or you delete your account.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular audits). Nevertheless, no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• Access / deletion / correction — U.S. residents may request a copy or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@providerprep.com.
• Marketing opt-out — Unsubscribe links in marketing emails.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and send email notice for material revisions 30 days before they take effect.
